The Washington County Fairgrounds and Expo Center is the best destination to host any event, whether it’s a small meeting or a trade show with thousands of attendees. The fairgrounds cover roughly 156 acres in Southwestern Pennsylvania and offers various top-quality facilities that cater to all your event needs. The fairgrounds have an impressive range of venues, including five exhibit halls, ten well-equipped barns, a show tent, a show arena, a grandstand that can seat 3,500 people, and ample parking space. The indoor and outdoor venues are highly adaptable, enabling us to host almost any conference, convention, meeting, or event. Whether you’re planning a business conference or a celebration, we have you covered with our exceptional event management services and facilities. Full-Service Amenities
Our facilities offers many amenities to cater to your event needs, including internet access, tables and seating, audio visual equipment, and staging services. We are dedicated to providing our clients with a memorable and stress-free event experience.

Kitchen access is available to offsite caterers, and our staff can provide you with a list of preferred vendors for catering or local florists. 

Our grounds can be broken down into individual sections that can be rented daily or weekly, depending on your requirements. These sections vary in size and can accommodate a small or large crowd as per your event’s requirements. Rentals vary in cost from $300 to $2,000 for a daily rate. Because of the layout of the venues, the grounds can accommodate more than one event at a time depending on size and needs.

To make your experience even more enjoyable, the roads and walkways within the grounds are paved and maintained, making it easy for vendors and visitors alike to access the property.

Please keep in mind that rentals are not available immediately before or following the annual Washington County Agricultural Fair.
