Before deciding to enter the Washington County Agricultural Fair it is important to be familiar with the fair itself. Knowing the dates, time, and location of the fair and making sure that it aligns with your schedule and availability is a key factor of making sure you are prepared to enter the fair.

If you are considering entering or showing at the Washington County Agricultural Fair, the next step would be to check out the fair’s Exhibitor’s Guide.

The Washington County Agricultural Fair’s Exhibitor’s Guide provides an abundance of useful information for those who wish to enter or show at the fair. The Exhibitors Guide gives a well detailed breakdown of the schedule of fair events, contact information to the fair board, general information, general rules, cost of entry, animal health requirements, and the entry form for completion.

Completion of Washington County Agricultural Fair Entry Form

After reading through the Washington County Agricultural Fair Exhibitor’s Guide, filling out the entry form is the next step. There are currently two different entry forms that can be filled out, the livestock entry form and the hall entry from.

Each of these forms require you to fill out your name, phone number, mailing address, and exhibitor age if you are under 18 years old. You are also required to fill out your department number, section number, class number, age division, articles, and fee amount associated with
each category you are planning to enter in or show under.

If you are planning to register a golf cart, camper, pop-up trailer, or full service camper you must also provide the length of your trailer and fee amount.

At the end of the entry form you will then be required to total the costs of all fees associated with your entries and will agree to abide by the Rules & Regulations of the Premium Book by signing. If the exhibitor entering is under the age of 18, then a parent or guardian must sign as well.

Submitting the Washington County Agricultural Fair Entry Form

Once the entry form has been completed in its entirety it is almost ready for submission. When submitting entry forms, a check for all fees payable at the time must be made out to the Washington County Fair. Submission of entry forms are through mail in only to:

All entry forms are to be submitted by no later than July 8 (livestock) and July 15 (crafts and goods.)
